This comes just weeks after Mercedes-AMG announced the EV G-class in April, and guess what? We have it on the showroom floor, the first one for sale in the UAE. Bucking the trend toward full electrification, this iconic off-road performance SUV represents a celebration of Mercedes-AMG's heritage and a nod to the desires of enthusiasts craving the raw power and visceral experience of a V8 engine. Under the hood, this formidable Wagon sports a handbuilt AMG 4.0-liter V8, biturbo of course. The huge engine spits out an impressive 577 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. Also, in 2025, only the G-63 will have a V-8, with the G500 being dropped to six cylinders. With the aid of a 48-volt on-board electrical system and an integrated starter generator, the 2025 ICE G-63 boasts an additional 20 horsepower and 148 pound-ft of torque, rocketing the wagon from 0 to 60 mph in a blistering 4.2 seconds. The 2025 ICE G-63 Suspension: Blending Tradition with Innovation While the 2025 ICE G-63 upholds Mercedes-AMG's heritage of producing potent internal combustion engines, it also embraces innovation.
