Alfa Romeo has finally revealed the exhaust note of the 33 Stradale supercar. The brand has released a new video clip. It showcases the spirited soundtrack of the twin-turbo V6, and it is music to enthusiasts' ears. Alfa Romeo calls it a “soundtrack of power and precision.” The automaker says the sound matches classical music's melodies. It is an expression of elegant, harmonic, and sophisticated melodies. Although it is an artistic description, the glorious exhaust note does justify this. From a design perspective, the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale is a blend of retro and modern styling. This design flair is more evident on the inside. The car features digital dials along with an analog control layout. Powering the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale is a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 motor. This mill is capable of outputting over 620 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. Sending power to the rear wheels is an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. Alternatively, buyers can configure the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale with an electric powertrain. This version is said to offer over 750 horsepower. It could share its powertrain with the upcoming Maserati GranTurismo Folgore. But, this is only an assumption, as both of these brands reside under the Stellantis umbrella. Regardless of the powertrain, Alfa Romeo estimates the 33 Stradale to hit 60 mph in less than 3.0 seconds. Even so, the electric version wouldn't be able to produce the sonorous soundtrack of the V6. Alfa Romeo has employed coachbuilder Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera to build this halo supercar. It is, in fact, a tribute to the 33 Stradale mid-engine sports car of the late 1960s. Only 18 examples of the original 33 Stradale were ever made. But this time, Alfa Romeo is building 33 examples of the new 33 Stradale.
