For starters, it’s one of the most luxurious cars on sale with easily the best interior of any modern car. Plus, with four-wheel drive and torque vectoring, it's fairly well-stabled in the corners. Obviously, not world-breaking, but for a heavy old Hector, it's alarming. Not to mention, Carbon Dioxide emissions are now below 33g/km, the electric motor provides 47 miles of range on its own, and in total, this car will cover 515 miles on one tank. Not to mention there’s reliability, a lot of modern hybrids, especially the 296 GTB, seem to be suffering from engine troubles, but Bentley seems to be flying by without a glitch. It’s also incredibly well-put together; there isn’t a single squeak or rattle as you go along. Yes, at $300,000 it's jolly expensive, but for a car that can arguably do everything, it is remarkable value for money. The Handcrafted Ombré Process on the Flying Spur To add a bit of flair to this incredible machine, Bentley has revealed a stunning “Ombré by Mulliner” paint finish. This first featured on a Continental over a month ago, and now it features here. Each Ombré scheme takes 60 hours to complete by two of Mulliner’s finest trained artisans, and the livery blends two complementary paint colours across its body, roof, and doors in a seamless gradient. In this debut Flying Spur Ombré, the vibrant Topaz Blue dominates the nose, which gradually fades into the darker Windsor Blue at the rear. This is further enhanced by Topaz Blue Lining on the Interior. Customers can choose from Sunburst Gold fading into Orange Flame, or Tungsten shifting into deep Onyx, but the Mulliner craftsmen believe not every colour will be suitable.
