W Motors, a company from Dubai, first became famous by making a supercar more expensive than a Bugatti. This car even had diamond-studded headlights. In recent years, W Motors started making light commercial vehicles, some with electric motors. Now, W Motors is going back to making supercars. They announced this plan on Monday with Everrati, a British company. The duo plans to make a new Lykan hypercar. Everrati turns classic cars into electric vehicles (EVs). The partnership will use Everrati's electric powertrain technology in more W Motors cars. This could include the Ghiath SUV used by Dubai's police and security companies.W Motors will also make Everrati products for West Asia. They will do this at a plant they are building in Dubai. There will also be an Everrati research and development center at this plant. The new supercar will use Everrati's electric technology. Before, W Motors made the Lykan Hypersport and Lykan Supersport supercars. These cars had engines from Ruf in Germany. Everrati has shown an 800-horsepower electric powertrain before. There is no set date for when this new Lykan hypercar will come out. W Motors is also working on building an EV plant in Jordan. They are doing this with Jordan's Manaseer Group. This plant will make both light commercial and passenger vehicles.
