We're back again to the Italiano belief of "more is more". I'd say that it's the most hardcore version of that belief since someone put extra cheese on a quattro formaggi pizza. For you see, Zacoe Performance has decided that Lamborghini's 1,001-horsepower Revuelto wasn't quite extreme enough. Yes, you read that right - someone looked at Lamborghini's first plug-in hybrid supercar and thought, "You know what this needs? More angles." For those who've been living under a rock, the Revuelto represents Lamborghini's bold step into the electrified future. It's the successor to the mighty Aventador, and despite what the purists might have feared, going hybrid hasn't made it any less mad. That 6.5-liter V12 works with three electric motors to produce 1,001 horsepower, enough to hit 60 mph in 2.3 seconds and reach 217 mph. And if you're interested, we've got a few examples in stock at F1rst Motors - though given the waiting list stretches to 2026, they probably won't be there for long. But Zacoe thought they could make it even more special. Taking inspiration from stealth fighters (because apparently, the standard car was too subtle), they've crafted a full carbon fiber body kit that makes the Revuelto look like it's ready to dogfight with F-22 Raptors. It's actually quite tasteful - especially compared to some other interpretations we've seen. Though if you want to see how far Lamborghini themselves can push the envelope, you should check out the one-off Opera Unica Revuelto we covered last month, with its hand-painted gradient that took 435 hours to complete. The really clever bit about Zacoe's kit is that it's not just for show. That new hood reduces lift, the front lip enhances downforce, and those side skirts actually improve airflow efficiency. They've even fitted a ducktail spoiler and adjustable wing at the back, though given the standard car's active aerodynamics, one has to wonder if that's like giving Superman a stepladder. Zacoe hasn't touched the hybrid powertrain, which is probably wise - though they do offer a new exhaust system if you think your neighbors aren't quite awake enough when you start it up in the morning. Though if you really want to get silly with power, Underground Racing is already working on twin-turbocharging these things to nearly 2,000 horsepower, which seems about as sensible as giving a cheetah a jet pack. No word on pricing yet, but given that it's all carbon fiber and the standard Revuelto starts at $604,363, you can expect it to cost about the same as a decent house. Though if you have to ask about the price, you're probably not the target market anyway. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go explain to my bank manager why I need a mortgage for a body kit.
